Bukkit/Spigot 1809b61bd2 Add new setResourcePack method. Fixes BUKKIT-5015

Minecraft now uses resource packs instead of texture packs.

This commit adds a new method specific for resource packs, and deprecates
setTexturePack.

Compilation

We use maven to handle our dependencies.

Install Maven 3
Check out this repo and: mvn clean install
