This was using SIGNIFICANT amounts of memory allocating many long[]'s for BitSets for every ProtoChunk in the cache that had been unloaded and reloaded. This will result in a nice memory reduction.

How To (Compiling Jar From Source)
To compile Paper, you need JDK 8, maven, and an internet connection.
Clone this repo, run ./paper jar from bash, get files.
